Acceptance

By creating an account and using 11+ Preparation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have verifiable parental consent if under 13.

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium and Premium+ plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for technical issues
• Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within 30 days

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent membership restrictions
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share account access with others outside your household

Intellectual Property

All content on 11+ Preparation — including questions, explanations, and curriculum structure — is owned by Kokal Ltd. and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

11+ Preparation is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantees about exam results or educational outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
